It would be helpful if certain extra duty jobs showed up only for certain buidings. For example, we have a "building" for our athletics department. It would be helpful if only the game worker and parking extra duty jobs showed up under the athletics building and then they would still have their regular building with their regular extra duty jobs such as bus duty, meeting, etc. We have many employees that have the athletics building show up in their list first and they fail to change the building before putting their time in so it goes to the wrong people for approval and then they sometimes are missed being paid.
