I would love the option to add a "tag" or "alert" to individual employees so HR can receive an email when they enter a new absence. We have employees who have used all of their leave and only have certain options for future absences but we have to rely on catching those absences on our own right now. If I could set an alert to a specific employee and get notified of any of their absences, we could be more consistent with these rules. This would be something the super users could toggle on and off as needed.
