Include Topic in Subject Line of Support Chat Email Transcripts

When a question in the chat feature is completed and a copy is emailed to me, it would be great if the subject line would include the topic of discussion rather than "Chat with....." If it said "Chat re: notifications" or "Chat re: swapping subs" I could find it faster if need to go back to refresh my memory on that question.

We don't have quite as much control here (since we use a tool for support that is totally separate from Red Rover), but we can certainly pass this request along to the folks at Zendesk for this. Thank you!
