Currently, "Incomplete" timesheet lines are not included on a supervisor's "to approve" list in Red Rover. For example, if an employee accidentally clocked in twice for the day and clocked out once for the same job, the line will be Incomplete because there is a start time but no end time. When approvers are checking Red Rover for unapproved timesheets, these lines don't show up. This means that I have at least a handful of timesheets showing as not fully approved but to the relevant approver it looks like all timesheets are done.
