Hey there Shawnee Halligan, thanks for the feedback! Just circling back on this idea here: We now have the ability to "reset" an absence workflow for an absence. You can go to an absence in the approval screen (or on the absence itself), click the "three dots" icon, and choose "RESET". That will send it back through the approval process :) Hope this helps!
