Hold vacancies/absences for a specified amount of time

Ability to put a hold on vacancies and absences so that it cannot be picked up by a sub until a certain time. Similar to the hide checkbox but with a timer.

This will be great as long as teachers can utilize. Today they have to request front office mark hide from subs so front office can assign favorite and/or already arranged sub.
