Not sure if you've seen this, but there is a way to setup "Hiring Stage Templates", which allows you to setup different stage patterns that can be used at different times. Essentially, you could setup a series of stages that are only used for Teacher Jobs (that would be one stage template). Then you could setup a separate series of stages that are only used for Para Jobs (as a separate stage template). This feature was built to be able to accommodate a lot of different needs on having different processes for different types of jobs.
