It is July and my employees who work Aug - June are not showing up in reports if they have a future job (aka for the start of the new school year). I have no way of verifying I have everyone in the right building/shift schedule until their future position becomes active on the first day of school which is a crazy day to begin with. It is vital to have reports that you can run to see future positions as well as past positions else we are heading into the school year hoping that everything is setup correctly (or spending hours verifying each individual).
