When I look at the workflow set up for the forms, there isn't an option to insert a variable. If we had that option (employee name, form name, etc.), I think it would help us immensely. When the system sends out notifications, there isn't information on who the form was submitted by.

Do we know if they are working on getting a variable that is a link to the form itself as part of the notification process like the Recommend to Hire form approval notice has?

Samantha Landon Not at this time. That works differently than the Recommend to Hire workflow is setup. That RTH workflow is routed based on the approver group, workflow, and position type, but isn't necessarily tied to an admins access control. Whereas form visibility IS tied to access control/permissions, so it'd potentially be include a link to a form that an admin wouldn't have access to. However, you could definitely submit a separate idea for that! It doesn't mean we won't ever have it! :)
