We have a disclosure all candidates need to complete. I would like an option for candidates to go into a "HOLD" based on their answers in the application. So a candidate may have something in their background that we have to talk to them about...We don't want to create a bias for our hiring managers, so they only see candidates who have no "hits" (the candidate has answered yes to something in their disclosure). Then, once we can clear them, they go into a pool the hiring manager can see.
