Find Sub Page - Display more than 100 subs

The find sub feature is so helpful when we need to conduct manual outreach for our jobs that are a bit trickier to fill. It would be great if we could see ALL the subs that are eligible for the job, not just the first 100. At times, our team has to use the "hide from subs" feature for a job that has certain requirements, so we really rely on this find sub feature to help us make phone calls. Sometimes we don't have any luck with the first 100, since they may not all match that assignment's specific requirement. We'd love to see the whole list. Thanks!

And to add, when using the find sub feature it would be great if it did not default to "include subs with conflicts" or "include subs who are also employees". The default should be available subs...and we should be able to modify the requirements as needed.
