Our School District has early release every Thursday, meaning our para subs leave shortly after student dismissal. It would be cool if we could create a schedule with early release Thursday hours, so we don't always have to adjust times for every Thursday.

Daniene Saxton the hours for permanent staff doesn't change, just the sub hours. Do your calendars reflect that?

Marion Hudgins Yes, I create a bell schedule which reflects the sub times for late starts and regular days then create a calendar for Monday's that is late start.

In the same vein, we have early release on Fridays. We have set up the bell schedule to reflect what is needed for the SUB, however the employees time sheet is always off by that hour. Is there a way to fix this?
