When a candidate updates an application, Red Rover should show:

I recently had two candidates who were not qualified when they first applied. They later earned their degrees and updated their applications, but Red Rover continued to show only their original application dates. I did not know they had become qualified until they contacted me directly.

This is especially important because candidates should not be able to apply to the same position more than once. Without an updated date or notification, employers may not know that a candidate has added new qualifications or other important information.
