We have some employees who work a different number of hours on different days. When they submit full day absence on a Monday, for example, they would need to deduct 8 hours from their absence balance, but on a Tuesday a full day would only be 4 hours. It would be great if the hours in a full day could be different based on the day of the week or color day.
