Default Viewing for Hiring be Open Jobs Not All Jobs

Good news, you can set this up on your Jobs' screen!
- Go to your list of Jobs, then click on the "OPEN" filter at the top.
- Next, click on the "filters" icon on the right.
- In the dropdown, engage the switch for "Remember Filters"
Now, next time you come back, this view should remember that you just want to focus on Open jobs :) Hope this helps!

No it does not keep the Open filter on. It goes back to Total Jobs every time we navigate to any other screen. Is there a way to keep it on the Open filter?

should
