We have in-house auto-assigned subs. Some will need to work some "early bird" classes before school; when that happens, we need to make sure they aren't assigned to all periods for the rest of the day (where they'd be working more than a full day). It would be helpful to have a limit of classes or minutes someone can work in one day to prevent them from working too many hours.

When in 'Assign Substitute' Red Rover doesn't alert us that a sub is already working that day, as long as their hours don't conflict or overlap. I would like it to consider 2 jobs in 1 day as a 'conflict.' Absence #1704387 is an example. When I click 'Assign' and under 'Available' click 'Yes (w/o conflicts),' 1 sub (C.Williams) shows available for this job from 7am-3:30pm; however, this sub already has a job this day from 5pm-10pm. I would like to see 2 jobs in 1 day displayed as a conflict: this sub already assigned 7am-3:30pm. Then we can either adjust the hours or choose to not contact that substitute. Cross referencing each substitute's work schedule is time consuming.
