The primary purpose for surveys on professional development is to look at the data and be able to calculate average scores. PDM survey question type multiple choice allows only to select text based options. I'd like to place a point value for each option on a Likert Scale. I'd also like the reporting of the survey to demonstrate graphs and/or calculation of the average score of each question like Google or Survey Monkey.
