When I go through my list of subs to contact and then push out a notification to them I always write a little personalized message in hopes to get them to pick up the absence. I have had lots of complaints from subs that they can only see the first couple of words of my message, or they see the message, but as soon as they open the app it immediately disappears.

It also then causes confusion - my subs would love to respond back to my through the app, but instead are always having to call me or email me yet letting me know that they saw a quick message come through and they can't work today or that they saw a message, but can only read the first couple of words so they aren't sure what I really sent them.

Looking for assistance and improvement on the push notifications that are sent out to subs.
