Due to the fact the Pay Code Section in Red Rover only allows for one type of pay code to be listed for substitutes, I had to figure out how to get all of our pay codes to the bookkeepers (we have 3 pay codes for all substitutes, they are paid by their degree type and/or certification, there is a daily rate, a long term rate and a rate if they substitute for additional positions such as clerical or paraprofessional positions) without creating a cumbersome spreadsheets. It is better for everything to be in one place so when I am entering a new sub, I can put the pay codes that apply to their specific situation on their page.
I shared all of that to say I am using the comment section to do this. It would be great if the comment section allowed for basic text style that allow for a different text size, text type, text color, highlighting of specific text etc. for information that is being shared there.
Comments sections should also be an option to add on the reports be it an employee or substitute.

Hey there Tami Grier! I know your request was originally for having more formatting options on the Comment section, but based on what your explanation included, I wonder if this new feature may actually help with what you're looking to do better: Sub Position info. We just recently released the ability to define sub position numbers, codes, and position pay codes per position type per sub. That way you can define this logic on the sub level without having to manage it in a comment box. Here's a resource to check out: https://help.redroverk12.com/hc/en-us/articles/31038727980308-Sub-Positions-Position-Numbers-Position-Codes-Position-Pay-Codes

It would also be great, if we could select more than one pay code from the drop down and enter in the percentages in the comments.
