Class Cover Subs

We have a district looking to have Class Cover Subs be able to go in and pick and choose the class period they want to cover instead of a clerical having to go in and assign. The absences would need to be designated as class cover only because they only want them going out to the internal class cover subs not the regular subs.

I just had a long meeting about this. It is in the works but no promises. The bad part is a lot of the program is all or nothing. Everyone is on an 8 period schedule or everyone is full day/half day, and then the numerous schedules, etc. I would LOVE to have this.

It would be great to have the ability to assign internal staff members (at the negotiated rate for working during lunch / planning) to portions of an absence!
