Checklist Notifications

I am hoping you would be able to add a feature in to notify us when each checklist for a new hire is complete. For instance we use a "New Hire Checklist" for new employee, and for that same new hire, we use an "HR checklist" for our HR Dept to complete tasks. We would love to get a notification when the new hire completes their tasks, which would them prompt HR to complete their checklist. Currently we only receive one notification when ALL checklists are complete. It would help to make the process more seamless, and ensure we are not delaying the processing of the new hire.
