I would love to be able to drag and drop the chat box to other areas of my screen. It's difficult to look at something when working on an issue with Red Rover staff.

I would love the ability to move the chat box to another location on the screen so I can view the menu and options as I type with the operator.

A floating chat window would be nice so it can be moved out of the way while problem solving. I realize it can be minimized but would be more convenient to leave it open.

My "work around" for this is to open another RR session in another browser.

Completely agree with this! I like to read what I am doing as I do it, but often the chat box is in the way,
