Yes! This would be great! I'm constantly having to change absences because the employee did not exhaust their PTO in the correct order.

For us it would be great to be able to hide the option for accumulated sick until all our employees annual leave and vacation days are used. We still have employees who when they are sick they choose accumulated sick but in our policy all other leave has to be exhausted before use of accumulated sick.

We would like to be able to require employees exhaust one type of leave before they can dip into the next type. E.g., employees must first use their personal PTO days before they can start using Sick medical leave days.

We have a policy where an employee can only use Leave without pay if they have no paid leave available. We would like to have the ability to set up rules on our Leave without pay reason to only allow if certain other reasons have a 0 balance.

We currently have a policy where staff must use their sick and personal time before using their sick accrued bank. Would it be possible for the system to restrict employees from using the Sick Accrued bank until all regular Sick and Personal leave is used?

Is there a way to make leave sequential? We have PTO and sick, but they have to use PTO BEFORE they can use sick. It would be nice if the "sick" leave could be "locked" and not able to choose if they still have a PTO balance available.
