Calendar Event Split by Employees

When adding an event to a calendar and for that calendar to either having it be a paid or not paid even for that type of contract but some employees in that same contract it does not affect and needing for it to be split. We need to be able to also split by employee if that event does not affect them. Maybe by having a check off ability.

Yes, having the option to choose an entire contract group but then removing employees who are on leave that need to retain the sick day, etc. would be a great idea!
