This would be a better option for accessibility, rather than having all documents housed in a cloud and linked. Most employees and subs are interacting with Red Rover through their smartphone and would benefit from this.

Adding a PDF attachment option would be fabulous! There are so many things we need to share with our subs that are not necessarily district links.

Or at least an easier cut and paste option.
