Allowing two different calendar periods

We would like the availability to have two different calendar periods. The majority of our employees are from July to June, but one of our groups is September to August and when this group enters time for the Summer, prior to July, it does not deduct it from their current balance and that makes it very confusing for the employee and the approver. Thank you!

We accomplish this by creating two contracts and then each contract can have their own calendar. Works great.
