It would be great if we were notified of changes happening to our Red Rover page. i.e., the Positions/Additional Job area on the employees profile page. One day it was changed without notice or how to where to find their position info. You will figure it out once you play with it for 10 minutes. But this is something that should have been shared with the masses. Along with other enhancements.

I reciently ran into an issue when Red Rover changed School name to Location name with one of my scripts. Would it be possible to setup an E-mail notification list that people can subscribe to. This list would send out an E-mail whenever there is a product enhancment or change.

It would be helpful for advance noticed for all updates. So we can monitor the changes and see how they are working for our systems or if an issue arises we can address with Support.

Red Rover has a Release notes section (https://help.redroverk12.com/hc/en-us/categories/40192920455700-Release-Notes) that kind of addresses this. It isn't exactly advance notice but you can keep up on the updates. I would like it if you could sign up for an email notification when these get released, this way you can see the updates right away instead of waiting until the huddle. I'm not always checking the release notices section.

I agree. This is also helpful so that we know the reason something changed in our system.

The Geo Location was set on for a default when it was introdcued and it caused a lot of problems. These new features should be sent out if the default is going to be turned on.
