Adding Employee Date of Hire to Employee Profile

This would be very helpful, to employees as well as admin. staff to see instead of having to call to find out the hire date. The profile page has other helpful information, and this would be beneficial as well.

We have asked for an ACTIVATED date which would be extremely helpful! I have just added a start date in the notes, but there is no way to run a report to filter that section. :(
