For one who enters FMLA and WC absences, usually it's a large amount of time off and often uses multiple reasons (pto, sick, lwop) within the same absence range. Instead of having to either go into every single day absence to adjust the reason type, or create three or more separate confirmations, it would be nice to have the option of entering absences in chunks of dates for the different reasons within the same absence entry.
