Add notification email as an available field in Red Rover people reports.

We allow our substitutes to have a personal email listed as their notification email in Red Rover even though they use their district provided email address to login. We do this because some of our substitutes prefer to be contacted through their personal email. It would be helpful to have the notification email available as a field in reports like the Substitute Roster, Substitute History, or Substitute Pool Health in addition to the main email field. Then we could use the reports to pull a certain sub-section of substitutes and have their personal emails available so we could send an email to just that group.
