Would love to see this updated in the "Status" bar. (Picture) Instead of "In Progress" workflow 1, workflow 2, or actual title of our workflow. There are multiple times when 1 specific person is listed in multiple workflow stages, and they are unable to easily see what stage is needed to be completed during that task. EX: HR Admin Asst. receives task (1) when Rec to Hire form is sent, they send onboarding documents, approve task once background check is complete, HR Admin Asst. receives task (2) when they need to enter tax information into payroll system and complete all new hire documents (PERF/TRF, E-Verify, etc.), HR Admin Asst. receives task (3) when the Rec to Hire form has completed the workflow, to close the job posting. No easy way to see what task they are on.
