For those district with robust and intricate account code systems -- allowing specific account codes to populate for specific positions at specific buildings would be immensely helpful in lowering the amount of codes an administrative assistant would need to wade through during the verification process via the account code dropdown.

For us, each position at a building needs four selections (all that have different codes for budgeting purposes) from which to coose. When you add those up four selction choices for each position at each building the dropdown list when they are verifying can be somewhat overwhelming. Allowing certian codes to be omitted from the verification dropdown that don't apply to that specific postion that was filled would be extremely helpful.
