Absences to appear on Extra Duty Timesheets

It would be very helpful if ABSENCES were included as a note on extra duty timesheets so that people would know that they shouldn't be adding hours to time when they were taking absence time.

We were literally just talking about this very same scenario this morning. An employee put in for mileage reimb and homeschool extra duty hours on a day they have a FS absence entered (back in April). Having a notification ON the timesheet would've been super helpful. The time was paid out, so now we are investigating after the fact to see what actually happened.
