It would be so helpful if RedRover's cutoff time was based on when the employee's when the employee's shift starts (i.e. cutoff is 2-3 hours before employees shift starts) rather than on when the actual absence starts (i.e. 1 hour before the absence starts). Even if each building was able to set their own Absence Minimum Notice window/rules would be helpful. Or maybe even have it be specific to contract type with the ability to override.
