Would like to be able to add time to the Absence Balance rather than replacing the number that currently exists. In essence it would function like an absence request only it would add time to the balance rather than subtracting from it. That way an employee can see the date time was added and why. For instance, on July 1st you're eligible for more sick time. Your balance is changing from 8 to 16 because 8 hours were added on July 1st.

It would be nice if there was a mechanism to add or subtract time from a leave balance. We accrue vacation time monthly for employees, and the way I currently add leave is to adjust the starting balance. It often causes confusion for our employees. Also we have a leave cashout program where we pay employees for extra leave hours, and reduce their totals accordingly. Ideally I'd love to have a button to add or subtract leave based on absence reason and a field for a corresponding adjustment reason (ie Vacation Accrual or Vacation Cashout). Then I'd love for those transactions to show up in the employee's timeline. That way their leave balances would have an incredibly clear balance history. Thanks!

For example, our teachers can accumulate up to 90 sick days. It would be nice if we can automatically "front load" our 15 sick day absences in a spreadsheet but for the balance to not go over 90 in the system. Another example, secretary can have a maximum of 30 vacation days and accumulates 20 a year.... etc.

I'd like the ability to add time to leave balances. Our paras earn one day off each month and rather than updating their balance, I'd like to add their time.

Right now to add PTO balances, we must change the balance as of a certain date. It would be much simpler to be able to add PTO time rather than calculating what the balance should be on a certain date.

please update the system so we can add days rather than updating the balances. We have a group that earns a day every month. I'd like the time off balances report to show beginning of year balance, plus adds, minus used, and ending balance for the entire year. Right now it only shows since the most recent update.

We also could use it to deduct for employees that donate to the Sick Leave Pool and again it would clearly show why and when that deduction was made.

The history log of balance changes is great! I would love to be able to create a report with that data in the Analytics & Reports section. Would this be possible? If it's easier, I'm mainly interested in the leave additions since we already have a deduction list with the Absence and Vacancy reports.
