Would like to be able to add time to the Absence Balance rather than replacing the number that currently exists. In essence it would function like an absence request only it would add time to the balance rather than subtracting from it. That way an employee can see the date time was added and why. For instance, on July 1st you're eligible for more sick time. Your balance is changing from 8 to 16 because 8 hours were added on July 1st.
