Ability to name link to form under additional details

It would be helpful to be able to name the form of the "Prompt to fill out a form?" section. When substitutes see it, they just see a link with the text of the Absence Reason. Its kind of confusing.

Hey there Larissa McCabe, thanks for reaching out! Totally get how that isn't super clear. Good news tho: When an employee actually Saves the absence, they should get a big prompt that looks like the attached screenshot. Selecting I'M DONE in the pop-up will assume the employee has completed the form. Selecting FINISH LATER will actually trigger an automatic email to the employee with a 3rd prompt to fill out the form :)
