Ability to manage email notification preferences for users

It would be great if we could turn off notifications FOR an employee or administrator. Right now, you have to direct the employee or admin how to turn off notifications, sometimes it's just easier for the super user to do it on their behalf. Would also be great to be able to manage notifications "en masse" for all employees or all admins as a default, then allow them to change their own notifications moving forward.

It would be beneficial for the main Super User to be able to edit employee notifications/settings when they ask for it and it is approved for their position. Also to be able to change settings for substitutes.

Doing so will allow us to ensure that our employees are receiving notifications for specific items. This will also help with our older employees who are not as tech savvy.

I am not sure why this is not an option. This is a way to help users immediately and doesn't require a one-on-one session with the super user.

Flushing would like the capability for Super Users to control notification settings for subs. This would be only for our retirees that do not use email and will not login to RR. We only call them when needed.

It would be helpful to be able to adjust Employee & Substitute Notifications for them. In some instances it would be nice to even block their notifications if there were investigations or something going on.

I would completely agree with this idea!! Our administrators are busy so it is just easier for them to call me and I can adjust the notification settings as needed! This would help our District so much in providing this support to our administrators!

It would be great if it was even possible to have the default setting be the LEAST amount of notifications - and then if the employees choose to receive more, they can go in and turn them on. We are not a fully paperless district yet so the questions that are arising from the notifications are overwhelming.

Today we added visibility to the user's notification section to you, the admin. It is not possible at this point (because the notification selections are personal) to modify what the selections are, but you can now see them here!
