Ability to add non admin members to hiring team

Currently you can only add an admin to the hiring team. In most jobs, there are different level staff members on the hiring team such as admins, teachers, paras, etc. It would be beneficial to have the ability to add these non admins to be able to view candidates without having to make them an admin in Red Rover.

The way I have handled this is to create/add an admin profile to those employees, but make them an admin in Hiring only. They still cannot see any applications unless they are added to a specific hiring team. And even then, when I add them, they are a viewer only.
