We would love the ability to create and/or change and update the passwords. We do everything in the profile and make all the changes so it isn't really a safety feature as we are in the actual Re Rover accounts all of the time.

Just wondering if there is an update for this issue?

I just dealt with this exact issue with one of my subs who is a retired teacher and not the most tech saavy and also have issues with our more seasoned subs as well. I did reach out to the chat box while my sub was here, but like others have stated, it would be easier to have the option as our district's super user to change to a temporary password when needed.

Just a thought, and the way I tend to do it. Although it is a little longer, I created a test account for myself, and then when I received the emails, I saved them so I could read the exact email subject to the employee/sub. Also helps so I know what the emails look like. A longer work-around but it makes it go a tiny bit faster.

Regyna Jones: great idea!

Maybe because of compliance we could send a text message instead of an email. I am having the same problem with some of my staff also with the email reset password link. Possibly we could send them a code by text message and they can use that to log in and then change their password?

Some of this is a compliance issue with security standards and such, just to keep that in mind.

Or be able to see their password once it is changed. I have these same issues.
