Permissions - not robust enough

We would like to see more robust permissions. We have employees who need access to edit certain contract groups timesheets, pay rates, profiles, etc., but not others. Once they have access to edit profiles and pay rates, they seem to think they can do it for other contract groups. There has to be a better way to lock this down. Unfortunately, giving employees access to be able to edit timesheets for certain groups and the ability to edit profiles for other groups means they have access to do it for all. Hope that makes sense.

Hi Melissa, I had a similar posting related to permissions for hiring vs permissions for absence approval. I agree that across the board we need permissions to be more granular to really be able to direct the right people to the right activities.
