Does the "Approval Status " report under Analytics & Reports provide you the information at all? I use this report weekly to see what leaves are still waiting approval and who in the approval group it's hung up at so I can send them a message directly with their list to complete !?

I agree. We end up exporting timesheet data, and sorting it by approval status, and building so we know who to contact regarding getting this done. Then I have to message them all.
